Sarvaguna Academy is an apprenticeship-based learning model initiated by Sarvaguna Foods and Kitchen Pvt.Ltd., where an apprentices works for 4 days and study in class for 2 days. It is an industry-integrated vocational learning platform where skills meet real-world practice.

Sarvaguna Academy is a dual-vet vocational Institution that offers 24 months mass catering education. It provide practical based culinary education which combine with an academic learning.
It follows a dual training system where apprentices attend college (Theory class) and work in real kitchen (Practical class).
We are located in Pokhara-18 Kaji Pokhari.
Our courses
1. Professional Knowledge
It cover one year professional cooking, 6 month Bakery, 6 month Mass catering management and 1 month Barista.
2. General Knowledge.
General Knowledge cover soft skills, fundamental of basic economics, business, tourism, nutrition,agriculture, computer skills, English language and developing entrepreneurial skills.
- SEE or Equivalent
- Interested in hospitality and culinary field.
- Attend 15 day assessment and evaluation classes.
- 24 month Commitment from the potential apprentice.
- To get opportunity to work as a commis chef at one of the sarvaguna units.
- Internship placement.
- Outstanding apprentice will get opportunity to learn and work at popular gourmet kitchen in Europe and Asian country.
- Franchise opportunity.
- Loan facilitation for new entrepreneurial adventure.
Apprentices are provided with:
- One set chefs uniforms.
- Notebook and pen and other stationary facilities.
- Learning materials(in-house library facilities).
- Laptop
Yes, free hostel alongside meals are provided to the apprentice.
Minimum 8 hour. Apprentices are also provided with allowance for working in the units.
